Overview
A 24-hour innovation sprint bringing together founders, students, developers, designers, and innovators from across Qatar to tackle real operational challenges faced by QSTP’s Incubation team.
Teams developed working concepts within 24 hours before pitching their solutions to a panel of judges. Winning solutions had the opportunity to be piloted internally, with the first-place team fast-tracked into QSTP’s Entry Track.
Theme & Challenges
Theme: Incubation
Participants tackled three challenges based on operational needs identified by QSTP’s Incubation team:
- KPI Tracking & Impact Reporting: Improving how impact data is collected and reported by startups.
- Office Hours & Meetings Booking: Developing a smarter and more efficient system for managing meetings and walk-ins.
- Startup News & Progress Engagement: Improving how startup progress, milestones, and achievements are tracked and shared.

Outcomes & Impact
- The first-place team was fast-tracked into the QSTP Entry Track, providing an opportunity to further develop its solution within QSTP’s startup ecosystem.
