Hayfa is the Program Director at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP). With over two decades of experience across fund management, innovation, entrepreneurship development, and information technology, Hayfa has played an instrumental role in shaping Qatar’s innovation ecosystem through the design and execution of incubation, acceleration, and entrepreneurship programs.
At QSTP, she has launched and managed a portfolio of flagship programs—including incubation, acceleration, commercialization, and talent initiatives—positioning the park as a regional hub for technology entrepreneurship. Notably, she spearheaded the Arab Innovation Academy, the region’s largest tech entrepreneurship bootcamp for students.
Hayfa began her career in software development at Qatar Energy, progressively advancing into strategic and leadership roles. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Qatar University, along with professional certifications in project management and business analysis. She has contributed as a speaker, advisor, and judge at innovation forums both locally and internationally, including speaking at the first edition of Web Summit Qatar.
