Ahmed Salem Al Enazi is an executive professional with deep expertise in operations leadership, project and facilities management, strategic planning, and innovation infrastructure. He serves as the Operations Director at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), where he leads the delivery of high-impact operational initiatives, overseeing legal and compliance functions, funding programs, and the full lifecycle of facilities and services that support Qatar’s premier hub for science, research, and technology.
Ahmed has been instrumental in steering QSTP’s infrastructure master planning, as well as major maintenance and enhancement projects. He contributed to institutional governance through his active role in Qatar Foundation’s Limited Tender Committee (LTC) from 2018 to 2021, where he ensured oversight and integrity in medium- and large-scale procurement and compliance frameworks.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Qatar University (specializing in Project Management) and Executive MBA from HEC-Paris and has professional career spans 23 years of diversified experience in oil and gas, maintenance and infrastructure development projects.
