See Where It Starts
Curious about how innovation happens in Qatar? Come find out.
Step inside Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), an award-winning campus designed by Woods Bagot where global technology companies, startups, and researchers come together under one roof.
Our guided tour takes you behind the scenes of Qatar’s leading hub for technology and innovation. No agenda, just the real thing.
What is the QSTP Tour?
The tour is a guided 60-minute walk through the heart of Qatar’s innovation community. Led by a member of the QSTP team, the tour takes you through all three of our distinct buildings, each with its own energy, its own stories, and its own vision of the future.
You’ll leave with a real understanding of what it means to build technology in Qatar, why the world’s leading companies and brightest startups choose to call QSTP home, and what makes this community unlike anything else in the region.
What Will You See?
The tour begins on Level 0, at the Innovation Centre entrance, where you get an immediate, tangible sense of what the QSTP community has built before you even head upstairs.
On Level 2, the tour properly starts with an introduction to QSTP’s programs: how the ecosystem came to be, the problems it was built to solve, and how it has grown since. From there, you’ll meet the startups themselves and hear a live pitch straight from the founders building inside QSTP today.
A short film on QSTP follows, giving you the wider context before you step into behind the scenes of Stars of Science, where you get a firsthand look at how the program actually works.
That covers the Innovation Centre. The tour then moves into Tech1, home to Shell, QPHI, Cisco, and GORD, followed by Tech2, where ConocoPhillips’ Water Visitor Centre, ExxonMobil, Iberdrola, and imec are based. The tour closes at the South Podium with a group photo, a natural point to pause before stepping back into the world you’ve just seen from the inside.
