The Fellowship program is a 4-month immersive experience where selected fellows work closely with QSTP teams on live, strategic projects shaping the future of Qatar’s innovation ecosystem.
This guided journey brings together researchers, mid-career professionals, and domain experts who want to not only observe but want to contribute. Fellows serve as strategic partners, helping drive QSTP’s mission forward while gaining hands-on experience and valuable connections across the regional startup landscape.

Eligibility
- Final year students, Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD graduates
- Early to mid-career professional with relevant skills or experience
- Ability to dedicate 5–15 hours per week over 4 months
