As an educator and entrepreneur, Samah Qasim leads Qnar, a growing name among Qatar startups that empowers teachers through AI-driven, culturally relevant learning tools. Through a recent 1-on-1 mentorship session with QSTP President Rama Chakaki, she discovered how refining her startup pitch can elevate Qnar’s position within Qatar’s tech ecosystem and prepare it for future startup venture funding opportunities.

Read her full insights below:

The Session

The purpose of mentorship was to improve how Qnar’s vision is presented to investors. Samah wanted to pitch her startup more clearly, showing the problem, solution, and growth potential in a simple, compelling way.

The Pitch

The session taught her to set the tone from the start, keep slides simple, and add more storytelling. It helped her refine Qnar’s startup pitch by focusing on emotion, flow, and logical market expansion.

The Storytelling

Samah learned to always end with a clear call to action and focus on storytelling over data. She now highlights Qnar’s unique value visually and keeps competitor discussions concise for stronger delivery.

The Next Stage

Qnar is strengthening its presence in Qatar, launching pilots in Jordan, and expanding to KSA. Samah is redesigning her pitch deck to incorporate these insights and engage investors with greater clarity and confidence.

As one of the emerging Qatari startups poised for sustainable venture funding, Qnar empowers educators with AI tools that make learning more engaging, interactive, and culturally relevant.
